Refunds for Goods
Audiobooks and eBooks
Audiobooks and ebooks are instant downloads, therefore no refunds can or will be given. Please listen to the audiobook sample before purchasing. A 5-minute sample is available from each audiobook product page.
Signed paperbacks and signed hardcovers
When you purchase paperbacks and hardcovers, you have the option of having them personalized. Personalized books are not eligible for return or exchange. If you purchase a signed copy but specify that you do not want it personalized, just signed, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The book has not been shipped
OR
- You ship the book back to Beautifully Broken Romance at your cost and it arrives within 30-days of the original order and in the same condition you received it.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase physical goods from our Site, the goods will be shipped to the address you give us during checkout.
- Prisons: Before ordering print books, please ascertain any specific delivery restrictions. Most prisons do not allow coil-bound books.
- If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
