Saving Their Forever is book 11.5 in the Away From Keyboard series, which just happens to be one of my absolute favorite military romantic suspense, beautifully broken hero series! This dynamic novella features so many of the members of the team, and it was great to see them as they have evolved over time into the tight-knit team of people who would do anything to save each other. Wren is very pregnant and Ryker is very focused on her well-being. No surprise there. Unfortunately, a group of ruthless killers from the past is hell bent on revenge for the wrong reasons with the wrong team. This is a thrilling short story with plenty of ups and downs. We are also introduced to a new character and see some potential changes for the future of Hidden Agenda and Second Sight. This series is fantastic! On His Six is Ryker and Wren’s book, so at the very least I would recommend you have read that one before this novella. I would very highly recommend the whole series, though. Wonderfully written characters who have been through hell and come out the other side!
Narration by Aiden Snow and Grace Grant is again wonderful with all of the varying personalities and characters. We have multiple points of view in this short story and it’s not hard to follow their great performances. Haneen Arafat Murphy is a new narrator to me. She did a wonderful job with this new character who is also a seriously wounded hero. I look forward to more on this character and from this narrator.
AH-MAZING catch up novella for the family of Hidden Agenda and Second Sight. Centered around Ry and Wren's impending parenthood, the story catches up with all the characters, and I loved that. Harrowing danger and suspense kept me on the edge as the team fight what might be the biggest battle of their lives. They win as always, and a lovely ending to the story ensues. And a set up for more great stories to come in the Away from the Keyboard world. I am excited to see what Patricia has in store for her fans. Narrators brought the characters to life.
